What are Discovery Classes?

Discovery Classes are a practical training ground for people desiring to deepen their commitment to Christ and His Church. These subjects are offered as part of the membership process.

What is the Schedule?
A class will start at 4:00 PM on a scheduled Sunday and end at 6:00 PM. We will also occasionally offer mid-week classes. To find out when the next classes are scheduled, visit our calendar, and to register, contact the church office at 786-4559. (Childcare is available.)

• To begin the Associate Membership process, come to Discover Oak Hill orDiscover Baptism.
• To move into Participating Membership, attend Discover W.I.S.D.O.M., Discover Community, Discover Ministry and Discover Evangelism.

Classes

Discover Oak Hill- For all those wanting to know the beliefs, vision, values and strategy of Oak Hill. (Prerequisite for Associate Membership)

Discover W.I.S.D.O.M. - This class is designed to help you plot out spiritual growth goals using the WISDOM acrostic.

Discover Community - God has designed us for relationships. This class will help you understand the importance of and how we maintain a growing, biblical community here at Oak Hill.

Discover Ministry - For those who want to understand how God has wired them for ministry as well as to understand what Oak Hill teaches about spiritual gifts.

Discover Evangelism - For those desiring to sharpen their witnessing tools.

Discover Baptism - For those who wish to be baptized. This class is offered as needed.
